“ Last week I had my lunch at Bao's Chinese restaurant. The restaurant is conveniently located near the Interlaken West train station and can be reached on foot within minutes. The restaurant fits approximately 18 people and furnished nicely. The food I had was the noodle with Xian Spicy oil which was served with beef cubes and pulled pork brisket, garnished with vegetables and large noodles. You can ask for additional spicy sauce. I also had the cold dressed cucumber which were a great balance to the spicy dish. The staff and the owner were great hosts. I will visit this place for sure once again and try some further dishes. ”
